1. Acceptance of Terms

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds awarded at is777 carry a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered a prescribed number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. 7. Prohibited Conduct

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

• Losses arising from third-party payment processing delays by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistan banking partners.

is777's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that member to their is777 account in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

11. Account Termination and Suspension

You may close your is777 account at any time by contacting is777 support. Upon voluntary closure, your outstanding PKR balance (excluding any unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification requirements being fulfilled.

is777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account without prior notice where is777 reasonably believes that:

• The member has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account or associated payment activity has been identified as fraudulent or connected to criminal activity.
• The member has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to is777, other members, or the integrity of the Platform.
• is777 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.

Where an account is closed by is777 due to a Terms breach, any balance relating to fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be forfeited. Legitimate deposit balances not associated with the breach will be returned to the account holder after investigation is complete.

12. Dispute Resolution
